Storehouse Recharge Billing
This billing information only applies to orders placed prior
to July 1, 2002. Current billing can be found on DaFIS Decsion
Support at the link provided below.
Storehouse and Bargain Barn billing information
is available through the DaFIS Decision Support web server. You may
want to get your charges there since it will sort by Organization
with subtotals for each organization, account and requistion. You will
find the Storehouse predefined query in the Purchasing section of Decison
Support at
https://accounting.ucdavis.edu/DecisionSupport/fields.cfm?QueryID=2.
Enter the Blanket ID of the account and month you wish to Query and press
the SUBMIT button to find the current Storehouse charges.
You can now view subtotals for each requistion
and download a delimited file for each ID number.
