The Central Storehouse provides support for the campus and Medical Center community by ordering, marketing, and providing information on numerous products and services. The Storehouse stocks approximately 2,500 items available for next day delivery, including 300 items that are available for same day delivery. Stock supplies include: Office products, ergonomic items, furniture, janitorial supplies, hardware, chemicals, compressed gas cylinders, laboratory supplies, and more.
Additionally, the Storehouse offers a special order stationery catalog that contains over 10,000 items. Most of these items are in stock with our stationery vendor and arrive within two days after the Storehouse receives your order. These special orders are faxed to our stationery vendor five times a day. If you have a manufacturer number that does not appear in our special order catalog, chances are we will be able to get it for you.
Located at the Storehouse is our Ship-Out Program. Currently, Federal Express is our overnight carrier; however, overnight shipments are also coordinated with DHL, Airborne and Emery. Contact our Ship-Out Coordinator for quotes on any type of ground and freight shipments. The Storehouse offers a full range of assistance for handling hazardous shipments, including chemicals and biological substances.
